「從集體遊戲去學習人際相處」

成立於2003年,平衡智能™是一所致力培育新一代平衡人際生活的培訓機構,組織多元化的團隊活動,歷年成功地發展新一代群體相處、學習和協作的能力。

透過團隊遊戲或活動,讓孩子從參與過程中了解自己,發現自己的強弱點,從而建立自尊和自信:甚麼是「我做得到」、麼是「我仍需努力」、麼是「我要學習」等;同時,讓孩子學習互相欣賞和聽取其他人的意見,發展人際溝通技巧、團體精神,以及其他在群體中相處和學習的技巧。

每次的活動就是一次鍛鍊機會。
每個
互動遊戲就是一個合作完成的任務。
孩子與不同的玩伴一起合作玩,自然領悟到自己的強弱項,過程中,導師會引導孩子去反思、欣賞,掌握學習重點。

Developing Social Competence through Team Group Games

Established in 2003, BALANCED Intelligence™ is a learning organization dedicated to the development of a balanced set of people skills for our younger generation. This is achieved through multiple team activities, with proven achievements in developing children with social and team competence.

Through participation in interactive group games, children explore their own strengths and weaknesses, develop their self understanding, and ultimately build up their self-esteem and self confidence: “I can!” “What can I do better?” “What can I learn from others? At the same time, children learn appreciation and listening to others’ opinions. This further builds up their interpersonal communication skills, team spirit, as well as other people skills for accommodating and studying together.

Every team activity is a practice.
Every interactive game is an assignment to accomplish specific targeted tasks together.
Children play with different partners, naturally they realise the strengths and weaknesses of each other. Trainers enrich their learning by facilitating them to reflect, appreciate and digest the learning points.
